Ingredients

Durum wheat semolina, ricotta cheese (35%) (whey (milk), milk, salt, food acid (acetic acid)), water, dehydrated potato flakes, canola oil, salt, mascarpone (1.5%) (milk), pecorino (1.5%) (milk), egg, breadcrumbs (wheat), black pepper (0.5%), concentrated lemon juice (0.2%).

Preparation & Storage tip

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and pour in your pasta.

2. Reduce to a simmer and cook for a further 3 minutes, stirring occasionally and season to taste.

3. Drain the pasta and serve with your preferred sauces, oil, or garnishes.

4. Enjoy your delicious 25° South pasta.
